Without question, the very best part of GIS Planning's many years in business is our relationship with our clients. We have learned so much from them, developed some of our most popular features in response to their requests, and spent many happy hours in conversation with them at conferences, restaurants and bars (you know who you are!) over the years. We take great pride in the number of long-time clients who have joined us on our journey of economic development innovation. We knew there were many of them but it had been some time since we dove into the numbers, and we were quite overcome to see the results.

Jeff Suneson, our director of client services (himself a champion to our clients for 20 years), looked through our own company data to learn more about the EDOs we've served. After all, data is what we do. He discovered the following:

• An astonishing 23 of our clients have been with us for 15 years or more
• Three of them have been with us for more than 20 years
• A full 64 clients have been with us for 10 years or more
• Another impressive 118 economic development organizations, utilities and site selectors have been GIS Planning clients for five years or more

When we look at those numbers, we feel incredibly thankful for the unwavering loyalty and confidence of economic developers who have consistently selected ZoomProspector, our Intelligence Components, ZoomTour and/ or our Data Microsites to help them present their best faces and trustworthy data to the world of investors and businesses. A full 72% of Americans and 67% of North Americans live in territory serviced by ZoomProspector, a responsibility we take very seriously. We work hard every single day to ensure our clients' trust in us is justified.
