Opportunity Zone search now on ZoomProspector.com

Anatalio Ubalde, co-founder and co-managing director of GIS Planning, announced today in his presentation at the Las Vegas Opportunity Zone Expo that businesses and site selectors beginning their location searches on ZoomProspector.com, the U.S. national site selection portal can now take advantage of our brand new Federal Opportunity Zone layer. 

This complements the Opportunity Zone data that has been available on all ZoomProspector Enterprise and Smart Mapping Intelligence Components since December 2018 (click here to learn more about Opportunity Zones on ZoomProspector Enterprise).

The new Opportunity Zone layer on ZoomProspector.com is easy to access. Choose Communities from the headers at the top, select "City" and then choose Incentives from the categories below. In the dropdown menu, simply select "Opportunity Zones, choose "Equal" from the middle box, and enter 1 as the variable. You can see how it works in the short video below.
