Stevie worked for GIS Planning as national account manager from 2010-2014, and is delighted to be back. “It is good to be home. I've always maintained that GIS Planning is the best at what they do; I continue to believe that.”

In her new management role, she will be handling sales of ZoomProspector Enterprise and the new Intelligence Components for GIS Planning.  Stevie will also be working for economic development communications firm, Golden Shovel Agency.

“We are excited to have Stevie back with us again,” said Anatalio Ubalde, CEO and co-founder of GIS Planning Inc. “She brings a wealth of experience in economic development and extensive knowledge of our clients’ needs, challenges, and opportunities. Stevie’s knowledge of effective digital marketing, lead generation, and economic development is an asset to our company and clients.”

With over 17 years of experience in economic development, her career has included both time spent as an economic developer director in Southern California and as a service provider within the industry. Stevie has worked in commercial real estate, construction and lead generation for economic development, including most recently, ROI Research on Investment. She studied Business Administration at Ashford University and is a graduate of the Economic Development Institute through the University of Oklahoma.

A native of Southern California, Stevie knew her heart was southern and packed for her adventure to Tennessee in 2010.  Since then she has lived in North Carolina and settled in South Carolina, where she calls home with her husband James. Together, they love to travel, visit family and enjoy new food and wine adventures! She has two children, two stepchildren, a son-in-law, and two grandbabies.
