We are excited to announce that the very first UK implementation of GIS Planning’s GIS location analysis software tool has been launched by investment promotion agency Locate in Kent (LiK). Based on UK data, this European iteration of ZoomProspector Enterprise is known by the name of our company, GIS Planning.
LiK’s brand new user-friendly data mapping system transforms the way businesses and local government search for premises that best match their criteria, offering prospective tenants and buyers in-depth socio-economic data and analysis. Organizations can use the tool to research an area’s demographics, labor force, salary levels, talent pool, infrastructure and educational offerings. They can also find details about other businesses, suppliers and competitors in surrounding vacant land and properties. Research results are displayed in customized thematic heat maps, infographics, charts and graphs, so that complex information can be easily assessed and analyzed. The software also facilitates exporting of results into reports or via email and social media channels.
